32nd Annual

CHERRY FEST

Saturday, August 1, 2026

Lakeside Park – Jacksonport  – TENTATIVE SCHEDULE – 

9am – 4pm:  Bakery Booth featuring freshly baked cherry kolaches, cherry pie, and ice cream sundaes. Jacksonport Women’s Club will sell home-baked goods, deep-fried cheese curds, used books, games & puzzles. 

9am – 4pm:  Jam Booth featuring a variety of cherry jams, cherry pie filling, and other cherry products.

9am – 4pm:  Juried Arts & Crafts Fair featuring talented artists and craftsmen from the Midwest.

9am – 3pm:  Car Show – Trucks and cars on display at the Erskine Rest Area. Show participants $10 registration on-site, by noon to qualify for the People’s Choice Award at 2 pm.  Visitors are free!

9am: Food Booth opens – Cherry brats, brats, hamburgers, hot dogs and pulled pork.

10:30am – 3:30pm:  Music in the park by Modern Day Drifters. Picnic tables around the tent or bring your chairs and blankets.

12:00 – 3pm:  Miss Cherryland, Miss Door County and Miss Door County Outstanding Teen at the Penny Hunt and photos at the car show!

12:30 pm: Registration for the Kids’ Penny Hunt by the playground. 

1:00 pm: Penny Hunt for ages 3-5 and 6-8. Face Painting.

And Free Tours of the 1880’s Erskine Root Cellar by the car show!

We had 24 cars registered at the 2025 Car Show.

The 2026 People’s Choice winners were:

1st Place:  Terry Slack of Kewaunee with his 1976 Triumph TR-6

2nd Place: Steve Kramer of Egg Harbor with his 1993 Cadillac Allante, Mary Kaye Pink

3rd Place.  Darrel Viste of Sturgeon Bay with his 2-Door Master Coach 1933 Chevrolet

4th Place. Mike Williams of Sturgeon Bay with his 1955 Nomad Chevrolet

Sponsoring prizes for the Herb Mueller Memorial Car Show were Advance Auto, Kwik Trip, Culvers, Bley’s Bar and Millie’s Bar.
